I help parents, people-pleasers and trauma survivors get to the roots of their pain and difficulties so they can get unstuck and step into their best, whole selves.

Life is too short to spend it in weekly hourly therapy trying to feel better. That is why I offer a more condensed, intensive approach to healing and growth so that you can feel better faster and spend your time on the important things in life.
